The GRC shall rely on its existing capacity of partnership with the Tajik Red Crescent Society and the Government of Tajikistan, as well as its experience from past community-based project interventions in Zarafshon valley. The already established and well-functioning RCST Local Disaster Management Committees shall be engaged as much as possible in all project related activities at the community level.
